Teen/Young Adult Counselling

Counselling services for clients aged 13-18, designed to address the unique challenges faced during adolescence. Sessions are available both in person and online to best suit your needs. Please specify your preferred session type when booking.


Child Psychology

Counselling for clients ages 5-12. The child/youth is the primary client. The first session may be with parents/guardians only to provide an opportunity for you and your child's therapist to clarify concerns and identify goals for therapy.


Couples Counselling

Counselling and ongoing support for partners in any stage of their relationship.
Our couples counselling services provide a supportive environment to explore your concerns and aspirations together. We offer 50 or 80-minute sessions to ensure ample time for meaningful dialogue and progress. Please choose your preferred session duration when booking to best support your needs.
